Thank you for choosing our Digital Twin Service / 360 Walkthrough Service! We are always happy to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. Please feel free to contact us anytime and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We hope you enjoy using our service and benefit from its features!
As we are asked questions about our services, we will endeavour to update this F.A.Q
We currently serve Lincolnshire, but will travel throughout the UK.
To ensure the quality of our Digital Twins, we kindly ask all customers to prepare the space before our photographers arrive. The space should be clean and tidy, and no other people should be present in the room during the shooting. This will allow our photographers to move around freely and capture the best angles of your space. Please refer to our website for more tips on how to ready your space.
We work efficiently to deliver our product as soon as possible. If your space is less than 3,000 square feet, you can expect to receive it within a day. For larger spaces, we usually need two days to complete the process. It’s really dependant on the level of service you require and whether you upgrade to a more premium package.
Welcome to the comprehensive guide on utilising the iGUIDE Portal for editing and enhancing your virtual property tours.
To begin, ensure you are logged into the iGUIDE Portal. Once logged in, navigate to your desired property and select ‘TAG Editor’ from the left-hand menu.
Upon selection, the iGUIDE display will appear at the bottom of your screen. Here, you’ll notice several icons; one of which is ‘Add Tag’. Clicking this icon initiates the process of adding a new tag to your property’s floor plan.
Your next step involves drawing a line on the floor plan. This line, which will appear red, should extend from the left side of the plan towards the wall or object where you wish to place the tag.
After drawing the line, click on the corresponding image where you’d like the tag to be visible. A target icon will appear at this location.
With the target placed, you now have the ability to edit the tag’s options. Customise your tag by adding a description and adjusting settings as needed.
Once you’re satisfied with your edits, remember to apply them by clicking ‘APPLY’. But most crucially, do not forget to save your changes to the iGUIDE. This is done by clicking the ‘Save Button’ located to the left and just below the iGUIDE display.
By following these steps, you can effectively add and customise tags within your virtual property tours, enhancing the overall experience for viewers.
