Basically the choice of the 3d Tours, we have found to come down cost of how long you need access to the 3D Tour.
If you need temporary access the I would choose Matterport because they us a monthly Subscription System.
If you need access for a long period or indefinite period I would choose iGUIDE because you would pay a one off fee to access the 3D Tour and you can download and use wherever you like.
